Please review the Training FAQs at http://www.cosbatch.com/faq.php#4 to find out more about each course. Please note that some courses require attendance at previous courses as a pre-requisite.
The combination of the four sessions covers the complete cosbatch training course, normally offered as a comprehensive, one day, on-site consultancy.
Each session will be run by a senior OSM technician and OSM users may attend as many sessions as they wish, free of any charge. The sessions will be run according to a quarterly schedule. Each session will be run three times in each quarter so that if you miss a session you can always catch a later one.
To attend a session you will need a password. To obtain that password you will need to email usadmin@osminc.com (if you are in North America) or ukadmin@osm.co.uk (if you are in Europe or elsewhere) with your request, at least one working day prior to commencement of the course. Each course will be open for joining 15 minutes before commencement. If you have not attended a Webex session previously, then it is suggested that you attempt to join the meeting at least ten minutes prior to the commencement to download the agent, and familiarize yourself with the Webex software.
To use Webex, all you need to provide is a fairly high speed PC, a web browser (ideally Internet Explorer 6 or later) and a good connection to the Internet. At the appointed time and date of the training session you just need to visit http://osminc.webex.com and then click on the link for the appropriate session, and follow the instructions. You will also find a teleconference number to call into listen to, and talk with, the instructor. Provided that you have joined the online meeting before it starts, then at commencement, the instructor's desktop will appear on your PC so that you might view the training course slides as (s)he speaks.
